Fee-charging Standards for Reviewing Applications of the Establishment of Tourist Amusement Enterprises by the Tourism Administration, Ministry of Transportation and Communications Article 3
For applicants who have received an establishment permit for a tourist amusement enterprise and apply for changes to the business plan, the following review fees shall apply:1.NT$150,000 per application for expanding proposed area or changes in use of overall area;2.For other purposes, a NT$50,000 application fee will be charged.If a change is requested for governmental reasons, the fee may be waived.

取得觀光遊樂業籌設許可後，申請變更興辦事業計畫者，應依下列基準收取審查費：
一、申請籌設面積範圍擴大，或變更整體土地使用性質者，每件收取審查費新臺幣十五萬元。
二、前款規定情形外，每件收取新臺幣五萬元。
前項變更，因公務需要辦理者，免收取審查費。
