Regulations for the Management of Home Stay Facilities Article 33
The operator of a home stay facility shall submit to the local administrative authority statistical data, conforming to the required format, on occupancy ratios, number of lodgers, revenues, and so on for the latest six months, by the end of January and July each year.The local administrative authority shall submit the data mentioned in the preceding paragraph to the Ministry of Transportation and Communications by the end of the following month.

民宿經營者，應於每年一月及七月底前，將前六個月每月客房住用率、住宿人數、經營收入統計等資料，依式陳報地方主管機關。
