Regulations for the Management of Home Stay Facilities Article 28
The operator of a home stay facility shall record information on lodgers on a daily basis, and shall keep the information for a period of six months.The collection, handling and use of information on lodgers in the preceding paragraph shall comply with provisions of the Personal Information Protection Act.

民宿經營者應將每日住宿旅客資料登記；其保存期間為六個月。
