Regulations for the Management of Home Stay Facilities Article 17
The local administrative authority should reject an application for home stay facility registration, in written documentation stating the reasons for the rejection, in any of the following cases:1.The required items are not submitted or corrected within the fixed period of time after notification is issued.2.The application fails to comply with the Statute or these Regulations.3.The application is found by other competent authorities to have failed to comply with laws or regulations.

申請民宿登記案件，有下列情形之一者，由地方主管機關敘明理由，以書面駁回其申請：
一、經通知限期補正，逾期仍未辦理。
二、不符本條例或本辦法相關規定。
三、經其他權責單位審查不符相關法令規定。
