Regulations of Airport service fee for International flights Passengers Article 5
Airline company shall pay the collective airport service fee according to the following statements:1.Sending the list of passengers and daily fiscal report to airport or Airport Corporation for censoring at next working day.2.According to the monthly information of collective airport service fee from the airport, airline company shall pay the fee to the banks designated by the Tourism Administration of Ministry of Transportation and Communication (hereafter referred to as Tourism Administration), and CAA, before the next month on 16th.3.According to the monthly information of collective airport service fee from the Airport Corporation, the airline company shall pay the fee to the banks designated by the Tourism Administration, and Airport Corporation, before the next month on 16th.The handling fee for the airline company’s collection service for the airport service fee remitted in accordance with the preceding paragraph shall be allocated based on the following rates:1.Prior to August 31, 2026: Two point five percent (2.5%) of the collected amount.2.From September 1, 2026 to August 31, 2028: Two percent (2%) of the collected amount.3.Effective from September 1, 2028: One point five percent (1.5%) of the collected amount.

航空公司應依下列作業規定，解繳代收之機場服務費：
一、將當日乘客名單及日報表於次一工作日送航空站或機場公司審核。
二、依航空站於每月最後一日前所送達前一個月之機場服務費收費資料，連同繳款書於次月十六日前，分向交通部觀光署（以下簡稱觀光署）及民航局指定銀行繳納。
三、依機場公司於每月最後一日前所送達前一個月之機場服務費收費資料，連同繳款書於次月十六日前，分向觀光署及機場公司指定銀行繳納。
航空公司依前項規定所解繳之機場服務費，應依下列比率作為該公司代收之手續費：
一、中華民國一百十五年八月三十一日以前，依收取金額之百分之二點五。
二、自中華民國一百十五年九月一日起至一百十七年八月三十一日止，依收取金額之百分之二。
三、自中華民國一百十七年九月一日起，依收取金額之百分之一點五。
