Regulations of Airport service fee for International flights Passengers Article 3
The airport service fee for passengers departing on civil aircraft shall be collected by the airline company on behalf of the authority, embedded in the airfare according to the following rates:1.Prior to August 31, 2026: NT$500 per person.2.From September 1, 2026, to August 31, 2028： NT$750 per person.3.Effective from September 1, 2028 ：NT$1,000 per person.Passengers who holding the exclusive service fee ticket have to pay the fee to the airline company when deal with the departure procedure.The airport service fee paid by passengers who did not depart could be applied for a full refund without any charge from the airline company.
中文原文 出境航空旅客機場服務費收費及作業辦法第3條
搭乘民用航空器出境旅客之機場服務費，由航空公司依下列費率隨機票代收：
一、中華民國一百十五年八月三十一日以前，每人新臺幣五百元。
二、自中華民國一百十五年九月一日起至一百十七年八月三十一日止，每人新臺幣七百五十元。
三、自中華民國一百十七年九月一日起，每人新臺幣一千元。
持用未含機場服務費機票之旅客，應於辦理出境報到手續時，向航空公司櫃檯補繳該項費用。
已依前二項規定繳納機場服務費機票之旅客未出境者，得申請退還全額機場服務費，航空公司不得收取任何費用。
一、中華民國一百十五年八月三十一日以前，每人新臺幣五百元。
二、自中華民國一百十五年九月一日起至一百十七年八月三十一日止，每人新臺幣七百五十元。
三、自中華民國一百十七年九月一日起，每人新臺幣一千元。
持用未含機場服務費機票之旅客，應於辦理出境報到手續時，向航空公司櫃檯補繳該項費用。
