Regulations Governing Water Recreation Activities Article 26
Those engaging in rafting activities shall register with the water recreation activities management authorities prior to engaging in such activities.Anyone who takes customers to engage in rafting activities shall, before the activity, conduct safety instruction in the activity for the tourists.The content of the safety instruction of the preceding paragraph shall be prescribed and publicly announced by the water recreation activities management authorities.

從事泛舟活動前，應向水域遊憩活動管理機關報備。
帶客從事泛舟活動，應於活動前對遊客進行活動安全教育。
前項活動安全教育之內容由水域遊憩活動管理機關訂定並公告之。
