Regulations Governing Water Recreation Activities Article 15
Personal watercraft activity shall proceed only in a clockwise direction, and the following rules shall be observed:1. Meeting oncoming traffic: The two vehicles shall each move to their right and pass each other on their left sides.2. Crossing paths: The driver of the personal watercraft on the right shall go straight ahead, and the other personal watercraft shall turn toward the right and pass behind the vehicle that is moving straight ahead.3. Passing from behind: A vehicle overtaking another vehicle that is moving straight ahead shall pass on the left side of the other vehicle, while maintaining a suitable distance and clearly indicating its direction.

水上摩托車活動航行方向應為順時鐘，並應遵守下列規定：
一、正面會車：二車皆應朝右轉向，互從對方左側通過。
二、交叉相遇：位在駕駛者右側之水上摩托車為直行車，另一水上摩托車應朝右轉，由直行車的後方通過。
三、後方超車：超越車應從直行車的左側通過，但應保持相當距離及明確表明其方向。
