Meteorological Act Article 30
The CWA may charge fees for providing meteorological data, calibration of instruments, other services of meteorological nature, or issuance of licenses in accordance with this Act.The regulations concerning charging categories and rates in accordance with the preceding paragraph shall be enacted by the MOTC.
