Meteorological Act Article 22
Should a government agency, institution, organization, or individual violate the terms of Paragraph 1 of Article 6 as conducting a weather modification program without getting permission, the MOTC shall order the violator to terminate the modification program immediately or to take necessary corrective actions within a specified time frame. A fine from NT$100,000 to NT$500,000 shall be levied for not complying with the order. The penalties may be repeated.

機關、學校、團體或個人違反第六條第一項規定，未經核准進行氣象改造者，交通部應命其立即停止或限期採取必要更正措施；其拒不停止或屆期未改正者，處新臺幣十萬元以上五十萬元以下罰鍰，並得按次連續處罰。
