Meteorological Act Article 21
The CWA may suggest the MOTC to grant an award and/or commendation to a government agency, institution, organization, or individual for its outstanding performance in meteorological services.The regulations governing the application procedures, criteria, categories, awarding types, and assessment in accordance with the preceding paragraph shall be enacted by the MOTC.

機關、學校、團體或個人，從事氣象業務，著有績效者，中央氣象局得依職權或依申請，報請交通部獎勵或表揚。
