Appropriate compensations shall be given to the individual who endures a loss of his property due to the entry or removal or relocation of the obstruction(s) based on the authority granted in accordance with the preceding two articles.The amount of compensations in accordance with the preceding paragraph shall be decided upon a negotiation between the CWA and the property owner.

依前二條規定進入公、私有土地、建築物或拆除、遷移障礙物致他人受有損失者，應予相當補償。
