An agency, institution, organization, or individual who applies for meteorological data for academic research from the CWB in accordance with Article 3 shall submit related certificates and pay 30% of the listed price.Having signed a cooperative research contract with the CWB, the corporation is able to apply for reduction or exemption from charge based on bilateral beneficial principle.

機關、學校、團體或個人向中央氣象局申請第三條之氣象資料專供學術研究之用途者，應檢具專供學術研究之證明文件，並依表列費額繳納百分之三十費額。
