Regulations of Drone Article 41
The designer, manufacturer, modifier or the Owner of the Drone which has passed the inspection or certification by CAA and been issued relevant certification documents prior to the enactment of the Regulations may apply to CAA for relevant inspection certificate or certification document after the Regulations take effect.The Pilot who has passed CAA’s examination and obtained relevant certification document prior to the enactment of the Regulations may apply to CAA for the relevant License after the Regulations take effect.
中文原文 遙控無人機管理規則第41條
於本規則施行前，經民航局檢驗合格或認可並取得相關證明文件之遙控無人機，其設計、製造、改裝者或所有人，得於本規則施行後，向民航局申請發給相關檢驗合格證或認可文件。
於本規則施行前，經民航局評鑑合格並取得相關證明文件之操作人，得於本規則施行後，向民航局申請發給相關操作證。
