Regulations Governing General Aviation Article 6
CAA shall report to MOTC to deny any general aviation applicant on account of one of the following:1) The services to be provided do not coordinate social development or meet practical needs.2) Air terminal or airfield facilities would be overstretched.

普通航空業申請籌設時，如有下列情形之一者，民航局得報請交通部不予許可籌設：
