Enforcement Rules of International Airport Park Development Act Article 7
Airport service fees collected by the Airport Corporation in accordance with Article 15 of the Act shall be allocated as follows:1) Prior to August 31, 2026, NT$250 per passenger-trip shall be appropriated as the Tourism Development Fund, and the remainder shall be retained by the Airport Corporation.2) From September 1, 2026 to August 31, 2028, NT$300 per passenger-trip shall be appropriated as the Tourism Development Fund, and the remainder shall be retained by the Airport Corporation.3) Commencing September 1, 2028, NT$350 per passenger-trip shall be appropriated as the Tourism Development Fund, and the remainder shall be retained by the Airport Corporation.The airport service fees retained by the Airport Corporation shall be spent all of it on the Airport Zone and the related construction projects for Airport Zone.

本條例第十五條規定機場公司收取之機場服務費分配方式如下：
一、中華民國一百十五年八月三十一日以前，每人次新臺幣二百五十元分配予觀光發展基金，其餘分配予機場公司。
二、自中華民國一百十五年九月一日起至一百十七年八月三十一日止，每人次新臺幣三百元分配予觀光發展基金，其餘分配予機場公司。
三、自中華民國一百十七年九月一日起，每人次新臺幣三百五十元分配予觀光發展基金，其餘分配予機場公司。
分配予機場公司之機場服務費應全部用於機場專用區及機場專用區相關建設。
