3% of the total employees hired by FTZ enterprises shall be indigenous people.Enterprises failing to meet the quota as prescribed in the preceding paragraph shall deposit the total minimum wages of the number difference to the Council of Indigenous Peoples’ Special Employment Fund Account as employment substitution payment.Business hiring a number of indigenous people exceeding the regulated percentage shall be rewarded. The competent authority shall work with the Council of Indigenous Peoples to establish the rewarding measures.

園區內之自由港區事業，僱用勞工總人數中，應僱用百分之三具原住民身分者。
未依前項規定足額僱用者，應依差額人數乘以每月基本工資，定期向中央原住民族事務主管機關設立之就業基金專戶繳納就業代金。
超出第一項僱用規定比率者，應予獎勵；其獎勵辦法，由主管機關會商中央原住民族事務主管機關定之。
