Regulations of Aircraft Registration Article 11
Where a mistake or omission has occurred in nationality registration items, CAA may deregister the nationality or may request the owner or operator to provide the accurate documents to correct registration within the specified period. If the owner or operator has not applied before the deadline, the registration shall be deregistered immediately.To deregister the nationality as prescribed above, the owner or operator shall surrender the nationality registration certificate.If necessary, CAA may summon the owner, the operator or other persons concerned to hear their explanations.

國籍登記事項因檢送文件有誤致登記錯誤或遺漏，民航局得註銷其登記或限期要求其檢附正確文件申請更正登記，逾期即註銷其登記。
民航局為前項註銷國籍登記時，所有人或使用人應繳還該國籍登記證書。
