Aircraft Flight Operation Regulations Article 97

The instruments installed in an aircraft shall be sufficient for the flight crew to operate the aircraft, carrying out any procedures required, and shall offer related information to meet the operation limitations to be observed in expected flight conditions.An operator shall establish aircraft type-specific aircraft operating manuals, for the use and guidance of operation personnel and flight crew, the content of which shall include the normal, abnormal, emergency procedures and detailed system descriptions, and related essential checklists for that type of aircraft.
