Aircraft Flight Operation Regulations Article 79
A flight shall not be continued towards the destination aerodrome, unless the latest available information indicates that at the expected time of arrival, a landing can be affected at that aerodrome or at least one destination alternate aerodrome in compliance with the operating minima. Except in case of emergency, an aircraft shall not continue its approach-to-land at any aerodrome beyond a point at which the limits of the operating minima specified for that aerodrome would be infringed.

依最新天氣測報，如已知目的地機場及備用機場於航空器預計到達時間，其天氣未達最低飛航限度者，駕駛員應中止向該目的地機場飛航。
