Aircraft Flight Operation Regulations Article 339

Except for ferry flights or when approved by the CAA, each airplane carrying more than 19 but fewer than 51 personnel on board must have one flight attendant during flight operations. Each airplane having more than 50 but less than 101 personnel on board must have two flight attendant is required during flight operation. For airplanes having more than 100 personnel on board, two flight attendants are required, plus one additional flight attendant for each unit (or part of a unit) of 50 passengers above 100.No person may serve as a flight attendant on an airplane unless that person has demonstrated familiarity with the necessary functions to be performed in an emergency or a situation requiring emergency evacuation and is capable of using the emergency equipment installed on that airplane.
