Aircraft Flight Operation Regulations Article 337
No pilot may take off an airplane that has:1. Frost, snow, or ice adhering to any propeller, windshield, or power plant installation or to an airspeed, altimeter, rate of climb, or flight attitude instrument system;2. Snow or ice adhering to the wings or stabilizing or control surfaces.Except for an airplane that has ice protection or those for transport category airplane type certification, no pilot may fly:1. Under IFR into known or forecast moderate icing conditions; or2. Under VFR into known light or moderate icing conditions unless the aircraft has functioning de-icing or anti-icing equipment protecting each propeller, windshield, wing, stabilizing or control surface, and each airspeed, altimeter, rate of climb, or flight attitude instrument system.Except for an airplane that has ice protection or those for transport category airplane type certification, no pilot may fly an airplane into known or forecast severe icing conditions.If current weather reports and briefing information relied upon by the pilot-in-command (PIC) indicate that the forecast icing conditions that would otherwise prohibit the flight will not be encountered during the flight because of changed weather conditions since the forecast, the restrictions in paragraphs 2 and 3 herein based on forecast conditions do not apply.

有下列情形時，飛機不得起飛：
一、有霜、雪或冰附著於螺旋槳、風檔、發動機裝置、空速表、高度表、升降速率表或姿態儀表之系統上。
二、有霜、雪或冰附著於機翼、水平安定面或操縱面時。
飛機於下列情形之一，不得飛航。
但飛機之除冰或防冰裝置符合運輸類飛機型別檢定要求者，不在此限：
一、於儀器飛航規則下進入已知或預期之中度結冰天氣情況。
二、於目視飛航規則下進入已知或預期之中度或輕度結冰天氣情況。
但飛機之螺旋槳、風檔、機翼、水平安定面、操縱面、空速表、高度表、升降速率表或姿態儀表之系統除冰或防冰裝置作用正常者，不在此限。
飛機不得進入已知或預期之嚴重結冰天氣情況下飛航。
但飛機之除冰或防冰裝置符合運輸類飛機型別檢定要求者，不在此限。
提供給機長之即時氣象報告及提示資料顯示預報天氣情況改變，其結冰天氣情況將不致影響飛航者，不受第二項及第三項之限制。
