Aircraft Flight Operation Regulations Article 326
The pilot-in-command (PIC) of an airplane shall ensure that the following flying equipment and aeronautical charts and data, in current and appropriate form, are accessible for each flight at the pilot station of the airplane:1. A flashlight having at least two size “D” cells, or the equivalent, that is in good working order.2. A cockpit checklist.3. Pertinent aeronautical charts.4. Each pertinent navigational en-route, terminal area, and approach and letdown chart.5. In the case of multiengine airplanes, one-engine inoperative climb performance data.Each cockpit checklist must contain the following procedures and shall be used by the flight crew members when operating the airplane:1. Before starting engines.2. Before take-off.3. Cruise.4. Before landing.5. After landing.6. Stopping engines.7. Emergencies.Each emergency cockpit checklist procedure required by subparagraph 7 of the preceding paragraph must contain the following procedures, as appropriate:1. Emergency operation of fuel, hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems.2. Emergency operation of instruments and controls.3. Engine inoperative procedures.4. Any other procedures necessary for safety.

機長於飛航前應確認下列裝備、航行圖表及資料，已置於駕駛員席位便於取用之處：
一、配備二個一號電池或與其等效之手電筒，且作用正常。
二、駕駛艙檢查表。
三、最新之相關航行圖表。
四、導航相關之航路圖、終端區域圖、進場及穿降圖。
五、多發動機之航空器，一具發動機失效時之爬升性能資料。
飛航組員於飛航時，應使用駕駛艙檢查表，該檢查表應包括下列程序：
一、發動機啟動前。
二、起飛前。
三、巡航。
四、落地前。
五、落地後。
六、發動機關車。
七、緊急情況。
前項第七款之緊急情況程序，應包括下列事項：
一、燃油、液壓、電氣及機械系統之緊急操作。
二、儀表及操控系統之緊急操作。
三、發動機失效程序。
四、飛航安全所需之其他程序。
