Aircraft Flight Operation Regulations Article 324
The owner or operator may use a new maintenance record, without previous operating history, for an aircraft engine rebuilt by the manufacturer or by an agency approved by the manufacturer.Each manufacturer or agency that grants zero time in use to an engine rebuilt by it shall enter in the new record:1. A signed statement of the date the engine was rebuilt;2. Each change made as required by airworthiness directives; and3. Each change made in compliance with manufacturer's service bulletins.

航空器發動機由原製造廠或其授權之機構重造者，航空器所有人或使用人得使用新維護紀錄。
原製造廠或其授權之機構證明其重造發動機為零使用時間時，應於新維護紀錄記載下列資料：
一、陳述重造依據及日期之簽證。
二、依適航指令修改之項目。
三、依原製造廠技術通報修改之項目。
