Aircraft owner or operator shall establish airframe structure repair assessment programme and instructions for maintenance and inspection of the fuel tank system as described in Article 143.Aircraft owner or operator shall comply with Article 145-1 to establish the inspection and procedures for electrical wiring interconnection systems (EWIS) which is approved by the Regulatory Authority of airplane manufacturer is incorporated into the maintenance programme for that airplane and approved by CAA.
