Aircraft Flight Operation Regulations Article 313
No person may operate an aircraft that has an experimental certificate for other than the purpose for which the certificate was issued.No person may operate an aircraft that has an experimental certificate outside of an area assigned by CAA until it is shown that:1. The aircraft is controllable throughout its normal range of speeds and throughout all the maneuvers to be executed; and2. The aircraft has no hazardous operating characteristics or design features.Unless otherwise authorized by CAA in special operating limitations, no person may operate an aircraft that has an experimental certificate over a densely populated area or in a congested airway. CAA may issue special operating limitations for particular aircraft to permit take-offs and landings to be conducted over a densely populated area or in a congested airway, in accordance with terms and conditions specified in the authorization in the interest of safety in air commerce.Each person operating an aircraft that has an experimental certificate shall:1. Advise each person carried on board the experimental natured aircraft;2. Operate under VFR, day only, unless otherwise specifically authorized by CAA; and3. Notify the control tower of the experimental natured aircraft when operating the aircraft into or out of airports with operating control towers.CAA may prescribe additional limitations when CAA considers necessary.

任何人不得操控持有試驗類特種適航證書之航空器從事檢定項目以外之飛航。
持有試驗類特種適航證書之航空器應於民航局指定之空域內飛航。
但符合下列情形並經民航局核准者，不在此限：
一、航空器於其正常速度範圍內及所有需執行之課目均可正常操控。
二、航空器之操作特性及設計性能不具危險性。
任何人不得在人口稠密區域上空或擁擠航路中操控持有試驗類特種適航證書之航空器。
但依民航局核准之特定操作限制之飛航，不在此限。
持有試驗類特種適航證書之航空器所有人或使用人，應遵守下列規定：
一、於飛航前將航空器之試驗性質告知乘員。
二、除經民航局核准外，僅能依目視飛航規則於日間飛航。
三、於有塔臺之機場進場或離場時，應將航空器之試驗性質告知塔臺。
民航局必要時，對持有試驗類特種適航證書之航空器之飛航得增加其他限制。
持有試驗類特種適航證書之航空器應於民航局指定之空域內飛航。
