Aircraft Flight Operation Regulations Article 309
No person may operate an aircraft in aerobatic flight stated in the item below unless authorized by CAA:1. Over any congested area of a city, town, or settlement; or2. Over an open air with assembly of persons; or3. Within the lateral boundaries of the surface areas of Class B, Class C, Class D, or Class E airspace designated for an airport; or4. Within 5 miles of the center line of any airway; or5. Below an altitude of 1,500 feet above the surface; or6. When flight visibility is less than 5,000 meters.

未經申請民航局核准前，任何人不得於下列情形從事特技飛航：
一、於人口稠密之城鎮。
二、於開闊地人口聚集處。
三、於機場指定之B類、C類、D類或E類地表空域之橫向邊界內。
四、距航路中心線五浬以內。
五、距地表高度在一千五百呎以下。
六、能見度在五千公尺以下。
