Aircraft Flight Operation Regulations Article 281
The flight crew members at crew member station are as follows:1. During take-off and landing, all flight crew members required to be on flight deck duty shall be at their stations.2. En-route, all flight crew members required to be on flight deck duty shall remain at their stations except when their absence is necessary for the performance of duties in connection with the operation of the airplane or for physiological needs.3. All flight crew members shall keep their seat belts fastened when at their stations, and shall keep the safety harness fastened during the take-off and landing phases. All other flight crew members shall keep their safety harnesses fastened during the take-off and landing phases unless the shoulder straps interfere with the performance of their duties, in which case the shoulder straps may be unfastened but the seat belt must remain fastened.4. Flight crew members, when at their stations, shall not read any books, magazines or newspapers irrelevant to the flight operations.Subparagraph 3 of the preceding paragraph shall not apply to free balloons.

飛航組員工作席位規定如下：
一、飛航組員於起飛、降落時，應各就其工作席位。
二、飛航組員於航路上應各就其工作席位，除因工作或生理上之需要外，不得離席。
三、飛航組員位於工作席位時，應繫安全帶，起飛降落時應繫肩帶。
駕駛席位以外之飛航組員，如肩帶影響其工作，於起飛、降落時得不繫肩帶。
但仍應繫安全帶。
四、飛航組員位於工作席位時，不得閱讀與該次飛航無關之書籍報刊。
自由氣球不適用前項第三款之規定。
