Aircraft Flight Operation Regulations Article 273
Operators shall establish a system of inspection, identifying required inspection item and ensure the inspections of aircraft maintenance, overhaul and alterations, which have been completed by qualified authority personnel on board in accordance with the requirements of the aircraft maintenance control manual.An operator shall report to CAA and the aircraft manufacturer where it discovers any failure, malfunction, defect or other incident involving the aircraft, engine, propeller or equipment and the parts which meet the notification requirement set out in the “Regulations of Aircraft Flight Safety-related Events”. Where necessary, the state of design of such aircraft shall also be notified of such events.

航空器使用人應建立檢驗制度，訂定必需檢驗項目，由訓練合格並經授權之人員，依航空器維護能力手冊之規定執行航空器之維護、翻修及改裝之檢驗工作。
航空器使用人發現航空器、發動機、螺旋槳或航空器各項裝備及其零組件有系統缺失、功能失效、缺陷或其他事件，符合航空器飛航安全相關事件處理規則所定通報事項者，應依相關規定通報民航局，並通報航空器原製造廠。
必要時，應通報航空器設計國民航主管機關。
航空器使用人發現航空器、發動機、螺旋槳或航空器各項裝備及其零組件有系統缺失、功能失效、缺陷或其他事件，符合航空器飛航安全相關事件處理規則所定通報事項者，應依相關規定通報民航局，並通報航空器原製造廠。
必要時，應通報航空器設計國民航主管機關。
