Aircraft Flight Operation Regulations Article 231
The pilot-in-command (PIC) shall be responsible for ensuring that a flight will not be commenced if any flight crew member is physically unable to perform duties from any cause such as injury, sickness, fatigue, under the influence of alcohol or drugs.The flight shall not be continued when a flight crew member’s capability is significantly affected by fatigue, sickness or anoxia.

機長於飛航前發現組員因受傷、疾病、疲勞、酒精或藥物影響等原因致無法執行其職務時，應令其不得飛航。
飛航中組員因疲勞、疾病或缺氧等原因，而嚴重降低其執行職責之能力時，機長應中止飛航並就近於適合之機場降落並作必要之處置。
