Aircraft Flight Operation Regulations Article 18
No person may serve as Director of Flight Safety unless he/she knows the operator’s manual, operations specifications and the applicable rules and regulations pertinent to the performance of his duties and1. Has received training for professional Flight Safety Management Programme and holds the accomplishment certificate for such programme; and2. Has at least 3 years of experience in the areas of flight operations, maintenance or flight safety.

飛安主管除應熟悉與其業務相關各類手冊、營運規範及相關民航法規外，並應具備下列各條件：
一、曾接受國內、外航空安全管理專業課程並領有結業證書。
二、擔任航務、機務或飛安相關職務三年以上之經驗。
