Aircraft Flight Operation Regulations Article 178
In the event of an emergency, a Flight Dispatcher shall:1. Initiate such procedures as outlined in the operations manual while avoiding taking any action that would conflict with ATC procedures; and2. Convey safety-related information to the pilot-in-command (PIC) that may be necessary for the safe conduct of the flight, including information related to any amendments to the flight plan that become necessary in the course of the flight.

簽派員於緊急情況時，應依下列規定辦理：
一、依航務相關手冊規定之程序採取措施，此措施不得與飛航管制程序衝突。
二、提供機長安全飛航所需之資料，包括飛航中任何改變飛航計畫之資訊。
