Aircraft Flight Operation Regulations Article 147
Operators shall establish a system of inspection, identifying required inspection item and ensure the inspections of aircraft maintenance, overhaul and alterations, which have been completed by qualified authority personnel in accordance with the requirements of the aircraft maintenance control manual.Operator shall establish a quality assurance system to ensure that all maintenance is performed in compliance with regulatory requirements.

航空器使用人應建立檢驗系統，訂定必需檢驗項目，由訓練合格並經授權之人員，依航空器維護能力手冊之規定執行航空器之維護、翻修及改裝之檢驗工作。
