Aircraft Flight Operation Regulations Article 13
An operator shall arrange full-time and qualified administrative personnel as follows: Director of Flight Operations, Chief Pilot, Director of Maintenance, Director of Quality Control and Director of Flight Safety. The arrangement of such personnel shall be reported to CAA for acceptance.
