Aircraft Flight Operation Regulations Article 120

Helicopters shall be equipped as following:1. From 1 July 2008, class 1 and class 2 high performance helicopters shall be equipped with at least one than one automatic ELT. In terms of Article 119, paragraph 1, subparagraph 1, when flying over water, shall be equipped with at least one than one automatic ELT and a life-saving raft or life jacket to have at least one ELT of any type.2. From 1 July 2008, class 3 high performance helicopter shall be equipped with at least one than one automatic ELT. In terms of Article 119, paragraph 1, subparagraph 2, when flying over water, shall be equipped with at least one than one automatic ELT and a life-saving raft or life jacket to have at least one ELT of any type.ELT equipped per this article shall be in compliance with ICAO Annex 10, Volume III.
