Regulations of Aircraft Flight Safety-related Events Article 9
The CAA shall include the following items in the investigation report for an aircraft accident, serious incident or other flight safety events:1) History of event2) Aircraft information, including FDR/CVR records3) Crew and related airmen information, including medical history and training records4) Personnel fatality/injury list, aircraft and other damage information5) Weather information6) Aids to navigation7) Air Traffic Control (ATC) and ground-air communication information8) Airport facility9) Fire fighting and rescue procedures10) Others, including the management systems of the companyBased on the investigation reports of the flight safety-related event, the CAA shall provide statistic analysis for the purpose of flight safety enhancement.

民航局就航空器失事、航空器重大意外事件以外之飛安相關事件所為之調查及處理結果報告，應包括下列項目：
一、事件經過。
二、航空器相關資料。
三、相關航空人員及組員之資料，包括醫療病理、訓練資料。
四、人員傷亡名單、航空器及其他損壞資料。
五、氣象資料。
六、助航設施資料。
七、飛航管制及陸空通訊資料。
八、航空站設施資料。
九、火災及消防搶救程序。
十、其他事項，包括公司管理制度等。
民航局對前項飛安相關事件所進行之調查及處理結果報告，應提出統計、分析資料，作為飛航安全管理之參考。
