Regulations Governing Air Cargo Entrepots Article 5
The equity capital of an entrepot operated at Taiwan Taoyuan International Airport or Kaohsiung International Airport shall be no less than NT$200 million. The equity capital of an entrepot operated at other airports which allow international passenger charter flights governed as scheduled flights pursuant to an air service treaty or agreement shall be no less than NT$40 million.

臺灣桃園國際機場及高雄國際機場之集散站經營業，實收資本額不得低於新臺幣二億元。
其他飛航依條約或協定明定以定期班機管理之客運包機之機場，其集散站經營業實收資本額不得低於新臺幣四千萬元。
