Regulations Governing the Certification for Aviation Products, Appliances and Parts Article 67
An aircraft owner, operator, or the holder of the production certificate is entitled to apply for an export airworthiness approval when exporting aircraft or change aircraft registration to other country.An engine or propeller manufacturer, owner, operator or repair station as well as the manufacturer of the TSO articles or PMA parts are entitled to apply for an export authorized release certificate.

航空器出口或變更登記為他國國籍時，航空器製造許可證持有人、航空器所有人或使用人得向民航局申請出口適航證明。
出口發動機、螺旋槳之製造者、所有人或使用人及技術標準件或零組件之製造者得向民航局申請其產品之出口用適航掛籤。
