Regulations Governing the Certification for Aviation Products, Appliances and Parts Article 63
Each manufacturer holding a TSOA shall, for each article manufactured under that authorization, keep the following records at its factory:1) A complete and current technical data file for each type or model article including design drawings and specifications;2) Complete and current inspection records showing that all inspections and tests required to ensure compliance with Article 60 paragraph (2) of this chapter have been properly completed and documented.The TSOA holder shall retain the records described in above paragraph until it no longer manufactures the article. When the article is no longer manufactured, copies of these records shall be sent to CAA.

技術標準件核准書持有人，對其依技術標準件核准書製造之技術標準件，應保存下列資料：
一、技術標準件現行有效且完整之技術資料，包括設計圖與技術規範。
二、第六十條第一項第二款規定之檢驗及試驗之完整紀錄。
前項第一款規定之資料應保存至該產品停產為止；停產時，應將該資料提交民航局。
