Regulations Governing the Certification for Aviation Products, Appliances and Parts Article 5
For international cooperation on aviation product design, manufacture or assembly, the certification shall be in accordance with the regulations herein unless an arrangement between CAA and the foreign authority(ies) involved is otherwise established.
