The holder of a production certificate after temporary registration may apply for an aircraft airworthiness certificate under chapter 6 requirement.In the case of an aircraft engine or propeller, apply an authorized release certificate for installation on certificated aircraft.Identify any portion of the product or parts that leave the production certificate holder's facility as CAA approved with the manufacturer's part number and name, trademark, symbol, or other CAA approved manufacturer's identification.

航空器之製造許可證持有人得對其依製造許可證製造之航空器，於完成臨時登記後，準用第六章規定向民航局申請適航證書。
發動機及螺旋槳之製造許可證持有人得對其依製造許可證製造之發動機或螺旋槳，向民航局申請適航掛籤。
製造許可證持有人交付供他人使用之裝備或零組件應標明件號及名稱、製造廠商標、標誌或民航局核准之其他標示。
