Regulations Governing the Certification for Aviation Products, Appliances and Parts Article 25
When petitioning for the transfer of a supplemental type certificate, the grantor shall provide CAA both the original supplemental type certificate and the transferring agreement. A revised supplemental type certificate will be issued to the grantee when the said petition is approved by CAA.
