Regulations Governing the Certification for Aviation Products, Appliances and Parts Article 18
The holder of a type certificate for an aircraft product shall, in a timely manner, furnish the complete Instructions for Continued Airworthiness and its amendments, as specified in the applicable airworthiness standards, to CAA and all owners of the aircraft product involved.The holder of a type certificate for an aircraft shall establish the maintenance program which includes a corrosion prevention program, to ensure the structural integrity of that aircraft.
