No person shall, either by his own will or intentionally by his employee or contracted person, group or repair station make any fraudulent or intentionally false entry in any record when performing maintenance, preventive maintenance, rebuilding or alteration work.If an error was found in Maintenance record, authorized personnel shall make a correction in accordance with procedure accepted by CAA.Aircraft owner or operator may establish managing procedures, upon being granted by CAA, to use electronic recording/signature system for signing and recording the maintenance record required by Article 6 to 8.

任何人不得擅自或授意其聘僱委託之個人、團體或維修廠於從事航空器與其發動機、螺旋槳、各項裝備及零組件之維修、預防性維修、重造或改裝時，在維護紀錄上作虛偽之填載或簽證。
維護紀錄記載錯誤者，授權簽證人員應依經民航局備查之程序更正。
航空器所有人或使用人得建立管理程序並報經民航局核准後，以電子紀錄系統為第六條至第八條維護紀錄之記載及簽證。
