Regulations of Airworthiness and Maintenance Management for Aviation Products, Appliances and Parts Article 17
When a life-limited part is temporarily removed and reinstalled for the purpose of performing maintenance, no disposition under Article 16 is required if—1.The life status of the part has notchanged;2.The removal and reinstallation is performed on the same serial numbered product; and3.That product does not accumulate time in service while the part is removed.

為從事維修工作而臨時拆裝之年限管制件，於下列情形得不依第十六條之規定辦理：
一、該年限管制件之年限狀態並未改變。
二、拆除及重新安裝於原屬產品。
三、年限管制件拆除期間，其原屬產品並未累加使用時間。
