Regulations of Repair Station Certification and Management for Aviation Products, Appliances and Parts Article 22
A certificated repair station may temporarily transport material, equipment, and personnel needed to perform maintenance, preventive maintenance, alterations, or certain specialized services on an article for which it is rated to a place other than the repair station's fixed location if the following requirements are met:1) The work is necessary due to a special circumstance, as determined by the CAA. or2) It is necessary to perform such work on a recurring basis, and the repair station's manual includes the procedures for accomplishing maintenance, preventive maintenance, alterations, or specialized services at a place other than the repair station's fixed location.

維修廠臨時運送器材、裝備及人員至維修廠廠房外之其他地方，執行維修、預防性維修或特業維修工作時，應符合下列條件之一：
