Regulations of Repair Station Certification and Management for Aviation Products, Appliances and Parts Article 15
A certificated repair station must ensure it has a sufficient number of supervisors to direct the work performed under the repair station certificate and operations specifications. The supervisors must oversee the work performed by any individuals who are unfamiliar with the methods, techniques, practices, aids, equipment, and tools used to perform the maintenance, preventive maintenance, or alterations.Each supervisor must—1) If employed by a repair station located inside the Republic of China, be certificated under Regulations Governing Licences and Ratings for Airmen Management.2) If employed by a repair station located outside the Republic of China—a) Have a minimum of 24 months of practical experience in the work being performed. orb) Be trained in or thoroughly familiar with the methods, techniques, practices, aids, equipment, and tools used to perform the maintenance, preventive maintenance, or alterations.A certificated repair station must ensure its supervisors understand, read, and write English.

維修廠應有足夠之督導人員以指導及監督不熟悉施工方式、技術、實作、輔助器具、裝備及工具之人員，執行檢定證書及營運規範權限下之維修或預防性維修工作。
督導人員應符合下列規定：
一、國內維修廠督導人員，應持有航空器維修工程師或維修員檢定證。
二、設立於國外之維修廠督導人員應具下列條件之一：
（一）具有二十四個月實務維修經驗。
（二）經訓練或完全瞭解執行航空產品與其各項裝備及零組件維修或預防性維修工作方法、技術、實作、輔助器具、裝備及工具之應用。
維修廠應確保其督導人員具英文瞭解、閱讀及書寫能力。
督導人員應符合下列規定：
一、國內維修廠督導人員，應持有航空器維修工程師或維修員檢定證。
