Regulations Governing Airport Terminal Preparation, Construction, and Operation Article 18
When the operator of an airport is dissolved, the CAA shall request the MOTC for approval to withdraw the original operation certificate.Once an airport terminal operation certificate is cancelled or revoked, the operator is required to return the certificate within 30 days from the cancellation or revocation, or the CAA shall announce the cancellation of operation certificate.

航空站經營人解散時，由民航局報經交通部核准後廢止原營運許可。
航空站營運許可經廢止或撤銷時，航空站經營人應於營運許可廢止或撤銷許可之日起三十日內，將航空站營運許可證繳還；屆期未繳還者，由民航局逕行公告註銷。
