Regulations Governing Airport Ground Handling Services Article 16
Any employee of airport ground handling service operators works at runway, taxiway or ramp area shall observe ground operations safety, and follow the directions and rules prescribed by the airport operator. Permission from the air traffic control shall be obtained before entering the runway or taxiway.

航空站地勤業之人員及裝備於跑道、滑行道或停機坪內活動時，應注意地面作業安全，並接受航空站管制及遵守航空站管理規定。
