Regulations Governing Tariffs for Passengers and Cargo Air Transportation Article 9
A Civil Air Transport Enterprise operating domestic scheduled air routes may set up preferential proposals for promotion, but the fares shall not go beyond the range between the ceiling and bottom tariffs approved by MOTC.In the event that the forgoing paragraph is applicable, the Civil Air Transport Enterprise shall notify CAA for record of its fares and restrictions on application. It shall come into force on the next day starting from the date of filing for record. The same procedure applies in the event of changes.

經營國內定期航線之民用航空運輸業為促銷得訂定優惠方式，其票價不得逾越交通部核准之上下限範圍。
民用航空運輸業為促銷訂定優惠方式，應將其票價及使用限制報請民航局備查，並自報請備查日之次日起生效；變更時，亦同。
